Shipping Policy – She’s Fitness

At She’s Fitness, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding our processing and shipping times.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, regardless of destination (Canada, United States, Europe, and international orders).

This processing timeframe applies to all athletic wear, activewear, and athleisure items.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.


T-Shirt & Pump Cover Orders

Our pump covers (t-shirts) may have extended processing times.

Some items are made or ordered on demand. If your selected size or style is not currently in stock, it may need to be restocked before shipment.

  • If the item is in stock, it will ship within our standard 1–5 business day processing window
  • If the item needs to be restocked, processing time may take up to 10–14 business days

We always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location:

  • Athletic Wear / Activewear / Athleisure:
    Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing
  • T-Shirts / Pump Covers:
    Estimated delivery within 5–14 business days after processing, depending on availability and fulfillment

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high order volumes.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are shipped from different locations or fulfilled at different times.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. She’s Fitness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • High demand periods
