Returns & Exchanges – She’s Fitness
At She’s Fitness, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear.
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.
Exchanges
If your item does not fit or you would like a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must have all original tags attached
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at contact@shesfitness.ca or text 647-936-6162 with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item you would like to exchange
Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and approved, we will ship your new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Final sale items
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on perishable items, including but not limited to:
- Seamoss products
- Consumables
- Food or beverage items
This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and quality of all products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
